Look over the total requirements of the plant (A-Z), assign work to the sub-ordinates and get maximum output; candidate must have working experience in hot dip galvanizing plant (General). Highly talented, with good communicating skills, strong leading qualities are a must for this position; must report to the management with regards to all development factors and come out with useful ideas for the betterment of plant (Age: 35-50 years) (Indian - Keralites Only) QA Manager (01 No): Incumbent should be an engineering graduate with minimum 10 years experience in a hot dip galvanzing plant and worked not less than 5 years in similar position. A-Z knowledge of galvanizing standards and capacity to set quality system in the plant. Totally he must have good knowledge in quality assurance/control side and will be the main person to deliver the best in terms of quality of galvanized material (Age : 35-55 yrs) (Indian - Keralites Only or Filipino) Production Supervisor (04 No’s): He must be a graduate with minumum 5 years experience in general (batch) hot dip galvanizing plant and shoud have worked in a similar position for not less than 3 years. Must owe 100% knowledge about galvanizing, its process and stages, chemicals to be used, adding analysis, controlling the workers, assign the jobs and follow them strictly to get the maximum output, preparing production schedule, allotting works to sub ordinates, follow the task assigned, monitor the parameters of production and its reports (Age : 30-45 years) (Indian - Keralites Only & Filipino) QC Engineer (04 No's): Diploma or degree in engineering is the basic qualification we are looking for. He should have worked in a hot dip galvanizing plant for not less than 3 years and monitor the parameters of quality in galvanizing; follow with clients & co ordinate in the best way, good computer knowledge to prepare galvanizing test reports and communicate through mails, follow the instruction of superiors, do test analysis for all chemicals, make quality tests on galvanized material, thorough knowledge to rectify the faults on galvanized material, work on standard requirements to meet clients satisfaction, ability to handle the clients wisely (Age : 30-45 years) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino, Pakistani & Srilankan) Industrial Electrical & Furnace Tech. (02 No): Diploma holder prererable; young and energetic who could move around fastly with previous working experience in a hot dip galvanizing plant for not less than 5 years. Very importantly he must be experienced in over head cranes, attend all trouble shoots and keep the cranes run without interuppting the production. Good knowledge about furnace, burner will be an added advantage, in general he must be familiar in attending all mechanical and eletcrical works (trouble shoots) in the plant (Age: 30-50 yrs) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino & Srilankan) Dippers (03 No's): He must have worked as a overhead crane operator in a hot dip galvanizing factory (General / Batch galvanizing) for not less than 5 years and highly professional in operating the crane. Apply correct methods for dipping, lifting, hooking, etc., while operating the crane and follow all safety measures; overall he must be a master over head crane operator capable of attending minor faults and ability to give maximum output (Age: 27-45 yrs) (Indian – Keralites Only & Srilankan) QC Lab Technician (01 No): Candidate must be a graduate with chemistry as major subject. He must be familiar with all types of chemicals and its properties used in galavanizing plant. Possess excellent talent & skills in doing test analysis for all chemicals used in process and prepare weekly / monthly reports. Expert in mixing the process chemicals / additives in right proportion to get best quality of galvanized material. Experience for 3 years as QC Lab Techincian in hot dip galvanizng plant will be added advantage with computer knowledge. (Age : 27-45 years) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino or Srilankan) Finishing Yard Supervisor (02 No’s): The incumbent should be educated, (HSC) communicate well in English and have leading capacity to handle more than 35 workers and take the best output from them. Little knowledge about galvanzing and its qualities will be a added advantage but not a must. Basically he should strong in his attitude with commanding skills, assign job to workers in finishing area and meet the delivery schedules on time. (Age : 27-38 years) (Indian – Kerlites Only or Pakistani) Heavy Trailer Driver (06 No’s): He must be energetic, healthy & must have worked minimum 5-7 years as heavy trailer driver in gulf countries; he should have little knowledge of english with ability to understand and communicate with customers. Must be familiar in driving all heavy trucks and knowledge to attend small trouble shoots thereon; driver with valid Saudi driving license will be more preferable. (Age: 27-38 years) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino, Pakistani & Srilankan) Forklift Operator (05 No’s): Professional, young and energetic with sound knowledge of operating diesel forklift (Capacity 5-7 tons) inside the plant; should be highly familiar in arranging, stacking, loading and off-loading structural steel material in a skilled manner and without causing any damages to the material. Must have thorough knowledge about diesel forklift, its operation, maintenance and attend any minor trouble shoots. (25-35 years) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino, Pakistani & Srilankan) Material In Charge (02 No’s): Preferable graduate, with good experience in handling material receiving and delivery; will be single handedly responsible in controlling the material receiving & delivering and plan delivery schedules for factory trucks , priorities for loading / off-loading and co-ordinate with forklift operators to execute the job. Must have good temparament in order to handle all the clients in a pleasing manner and keep them satisfied. Good computer knowledge and ability to record / post all material receiving same time and provide updated records every day for pending material (Age: 25-35 years) (Indian - Keralites Only, Filipino or Srilankan) Secretary cum Sales Co-ordinator (02 No’s): Must be a graduate with previous experience in handling all jobs related to secretarial position; fluent in English with little knowledge of speaking Arabic will be an added advantage. Handle the sales with perfection, answer the clients call, take their order, forward with priority to production, follow it on daily basis till delivery stage. Prepare computerized delivery notes, invoices and follow payment with cash customers. Good knowledge of computer software, preparing various reports (including excel sheet), salary sheets, weekly / monthly production reports, meeting reports, attending calls and answering phone in a pleasing way, prepare letters, fax, mails, etc., (Age: 25-35 years) (Indian - Keralites Only & Filipino) Accountant (02 No’s): Graduate in accounts, well experienced preferable in gulf countries is a must. Candidate must be well versed in all accounting packages and procedures, prepare balance sheets, statement of accounts, reconcilliation sheets, complete knowledge of banking procedures, L/C, good knowlegde about all accounts softwares; read & write Arabic will be a real added advantage but not a must.
